CenPEG supports informed and active citizen demand and participation throughout the process of drawing up policy to practicing it. To promote the empowerment of the marginalized sectors towards active citizen action for political and electoral reforms, CenPEG pursues the following programs or services:

PSPA - Policy Studies, Publication & Advocacy program conducts research and policy study; develops an electoral database program called BODEGA; publishes discussion and working papers; organizes conferences, roundtable discussions, seminars, workshops and other fora; and provides public policy consultancy for groups and/or individuals in private or public office.

EDTRA - Education and Training program produces multi-media education and training modules, holds trainings of facilitators and trainors engaged in education, training and literacy seminars/workshops on CenPEG’s various concerns to promote political and electoral changes.
